Lawn and Ground Maintenance: All turf areas are maintained on a weekly, biweekly, or monthly schedule dependant on the health and specie of grass. On a scheduled visit all turf areas are mowed removing a preferred 1/3 of the grass blade. In addition grass is trimmed around decks, fences, and other objects. Entire property is edged and cleaned up by blowing off all hard surfaces. Trash is always removed from property under normal conditions.
